Welcome to AccuTrip. By using our mobile app, website (accutrip.in), or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AccuTrip, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AccuTrip is a travel planning platform that predicts how busy Indian destinations will be on specific dates. The Service provides:

Busyness scores (0-100) based on multiple data signals
Smart travel recommendations (date shifts, alternative destinations)
Destination tips, safety information, and weather forecasts
Flight and hotel demand indicators

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

AccuTrip provides predictions and estimates, not guarantees. Our busyness scores, safety ratings, price indicators, and recommendations are based on historical data, real-time signals, and AI analysis. Actual conditions may differ. You acknowledge that:

Busyness scores are predictions and may not reflect actual crowd levels.
Safety ratings are general assessments and do not guarantee personal safety.
Price indicators are approximate and may not reflect the exact prices you encounter.
Weather forecasts are sourced from third-party services and may be inaccurate.
Travel decisions remain your sole responsibility.

4. User Accounts

You may use AccuTrip as a guest or sign in with Google. If you sign in:

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You agree not to share your account credentials with others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to access, scrape, or extract data from the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) without our written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AccuTrip — including text, graphics, logos, scoring algorithms, and software — are owned by AccuTrip and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without our express written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

AccuTrip integrates with third-party services including Google (authentication), Amadeus (flight data), Booking.com (hotel data), HERE Maps (traffic data), and OpenWeatherMap (weather data). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

8. Pricing & Subscriptions

AccuTrip is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will clearly communicate pricing before you are charged. You will not be billed without your explicit consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AccuTrip and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Personal injury or property damage arising from your travel decisions.
Inaccurate predictions, scores, or recommendations.
Service interruptions or downtime.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AccuTrip and its creators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
