Our AI analyzes six key factors — seasonal weather patterns, traffic conditions, national & regional holidays, destination-specific events, day type (weekend vs weekday), and school vacation schedules — to generate a busyness score from 0 to 100. A higher score means the destination will be more crowded.

We combine real-time weather forecasts (OpenWeatherMap), traffic data (HERE Maps), flight demand (Amadeus), hotel prices (Booking.com), national and state holiday calendars, school vacation schedules across Indian states, and curated local event data to build our predictions.

Our predictions are based on well-established seasonal and holiday patterns that are highly reliable. We continuously improve accuracy by incorporating user feedback and refining our models.

When you select "Driving", traffic conditions are weighted more heavily in the score since road congestion directly affects your trip. For "Flying/Train", traffic weight is reduced by 70% since you won't be affected by road conditions.

After checking the busyness score for your destination, select "Explore Other Options" on the results screen. You'll answer three quick questions about your flexibility and preferences, and we'll suggest alternative dates or destinations with fewer crowds.

Yes. We use Google Sign-In for authentication and store minimal user data. Your search history helps us improve predictions but is never shared with third parties. All data is stored securely on Supabase with industry-standard encryption.
